Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and purchases made for the ChatBoost AI: Smart Chatbot mobile and web applications (the "Service"), operated by ONE EIGHTY DİJİTAL HİZMETLER LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Quick summary: If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. If you purchased on our website, the rules in Section 3 below apply.

1. Purchases via Apple App Store (iOS)
If you purchased a ChatBoost subscription or in-app product through the Apple App Store, the purchase is processed and managed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, not to us, as we do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Locate the ChatBoost charge and choose "Request a refund."
- Select a reason and submit your request.
Apple decides at its sole discretion whether to grant a refund. Their decision is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions applicable in your country.
2. Purchases via Google Play (Android)
If you purchased a ChatBoost subscription or in-app product through the Google Play Store, Google handles billing and refund decisions. To request a refund from Google:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
- Find the ChatBoost purchase and select "Report a problem" or "Request a refund."
- Choose a reason and submit your request.
Google may also let you cancel a subscription within 48 hours of purchase for an automatic refund (subject to its policies). For more information, see the Google Play refund policy. Google decides at its sole discretion whether to grant a refund.
If Google declines your request and you believe you have grounds for a refund, you may contact us using the details in Section 8. We will review your request as a courtesy, but we are not able to override Google's decisions.
3. Purchases via the ChatBoost Website
If you purchased a subscription directly through our website, the following rules apply:
3.1 Digital Service Delivered Immediately
ChatBoost is a digital service that is delivered immediately upon successful payment and account activation. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:
- The digital service is supplied immediately, and
- You agree to the immediate performance of the contract.
3.2 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA & UK)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer-protection laws. However, this right is forfeited when you explicitly request and acknowledge that the digital service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, which occurs by purchasing and using ChatBoost. Where this exception does not apply, you may request a withdrawal within 14 days of purchase through our website at chatboost.uk.
3.3 Other Jurisdictions
For users in other jurisdictions, refunds for web purchases are generally not provided once the service has been activated. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, and cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund of the current billing period.
3.4 How to Request a Web Refund
To request a web refund, contact us through our website at chatboost.uk and include:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- The transaction date and order ID.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
We typically respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Free Trials
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. The full subscription price is charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund payments already charged.
- iOS (App Store): Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ChatBoost → Cancel Subscription. Or see Apple's instructions.
- Android (Google Play): Open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ChatBoost → Cancel subscription. Or see Google's instructions.
- Web: Sign in to your ChatBoost account and use the "Manage Subscription" option, or contact us through chatboost.uk.
After cancellation, you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
6. Exceptional Cases
Even outside of standard refund eligibility, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in exceptional cases such as:
- A confirmed technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the Service for a prolonged period.
- A duplicate or accidental charge that you flag promptly.
- Unauthorized use of your payment method, where confirmed.
Granting a refund in one case does not create an obligation to do so in another. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
